Summary
From Lewes in East Sussex, I came to Lincoln for the undergraduate conservation of cultural heritage course straight out of college, studying full-time Cambridge technicals in Arts and Design. I chose the course because, and I quote my first-year self, “I quite like forgery”, and conservation was a means to do that legally. During my time here, I’ve fallen back in love with science and had had the opportunity to work with a broad range of materials and techniques.
Career Aspirations
After graduation, I will be studying Masters at Queen Mary University London in heritage management alongside Historic Royal Palaces. My long-term goal is to work professionally in a heritage environment, continue my education and learn for as long as possible.
